My painting is a reflection of my first experience at Simchat Beit Hashoeva, a joyous celebration during Sukkot that I attended in the heart of Jerusalem’s forest. As a new Olah to Israel, this event left a profound impression on me. The night was alive with dancing, music, and a spirit of unity that lit up the forest like a beacon of joy. In the painting, I sought to capture the vibrant energy of the celebration, blending the warmth of shared tradition with the awe and excitement I felt as I embraced this beautiful new chapter in my life.
