Description
Esther stands in the palace of Ahasuerus, caught between two fates. One is comfort and safety. While the other is of sacrifice and eternal legacy. She must choose: remain in prosperity and turn away, or risk everything to save her people and step into history.
At this pivotal moment, we see her poised between darkness and the luminous blue of eternal remembrance. In her hand, she holds a menorah, a symbol of the Jewish spirit. Before her, a golden bird perches on an ornate lattice, mirroring the figure of a crowned Ahasuerus, watching from across the space.
Behind Esther, Jerusalem’s golden future glows, with Mordechai seen riding triumphantly on horseback. In stark contrast, the Persian city of Haman looms below, inverted and shadowed in darkness. Even the moon, shining over Jerusalem, appears black and reversed beneath, reflecting the moral divide between light and shadow, redemption and downfall.
